If you select an Urgent Delivery Service or Same Day/Date Guaranteed Delivery Service we promise you that your gift will be delivered on your selected date or your next gift will be FREE.

Delivery Times

We endeavour to deliver every gift as quickly as possible and promise delivery Monday to Saturday*

We will deliver your gift between the following times:

For Business** addresses: between 9am and 5pm
For Residential addresses: between 10am and 9pm

*Please add a business name into the company field upon checkout to ensure it is delivered before 5pm
** Please note we do not deliver our ‘Next Day’ standard delivery service on a Saturday.

Need it there on a specific date? Yes, we can! (Mon-Sat)Our same-day delivery service is available from $19.95.

We can deliver your goods same day to arrive in all major cities: Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth.

Gifts may arrive up to 5pm to businesses and up to 9pm to residential.

Order before 3:00pm (Mon-Fri)
Order before 12:00pm (Sat)
Businesses order before midday (Mon-Sat)
Schools order before midday (Mon-Fri)

Delivery Instructions: If you have any delivery instructions that you think will be useful to get your gift to the intended recipient, please add them upon checkout in the delivery instructions field, alternatively please call us on 1300 768 996 so we can add notes to your order to make the delivery process as smooth as possible.

*On our standard next business day service, some suburbs and regional towns may not be serviced by standard couriers. In these cases, gifts will be delivered to the closest Australia Post outlet for local collection by the receiver.
**Please note, we are not able to deliver to PO. Box Addresses

FREE Delivery over $150

FREE Standard delivery (over $150):  Order by 3pm AEST the business day before your preferred delivery date.  
Free delivery is for one delivery address.  
Standard delivery $19.95 (inner and outer metro SA, NSW, QLD, VIC and WA). Delivery prices may vary depending on the state for regional delivery, postcode entry will confirm shipping costs (regional areas, all states).

FREE Same Day delivery on perishable items only (over $150): Order by 3pm on the same day to guarantee delivery.

How do I know the delivery cost?
At checkout, once you enter your delivery postcode and preferred delivery date, all available delivery prices will be presented. Choose a next business day delivery date for the lowest rate. Please select your preferred delivery date on the calendar.

How do we look after your perishable gift?

Edible Blooms are delivered in special gift boxes with ice packs. In cooler months, we use our premium gift delivery bags.
Chocolate bouquets and Gift hampers can be delivered anywhere in Australia.

Fresh fruit gifts can be delivered within metro areas of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide. Monday- Saturday

Let’s get it right, first time

Please help us to do a perfect delivery for you by checking that someone is at home or work to receive your delivery. Alternatively, if you are sending a gift to someone located at a hospital, we do require ward and room details to make a smooth delivery.

If no-one is home, we will leave your gift safely in our signature delivery box if you have given authority at checkout and if the courier deems it safe.

If there is nowhere safe, a calling card will be left and it may be taken to the nearest post office.
